Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping time via USPS takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays including:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • President’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day (July 4th)

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

Shipping Costs
All domestic orders within the U.S. ship at a flat rate of $4.99.


Frequently Asked Questions

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or if items are out of stock.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Once shipped, USPS typically delivers within 3–7 business days. Tracking info will be sent via email when your order ships—please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. If tracking hasn’t moved in over 5 business days, email support@vibewellhemp.com for help.

Note: Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is managed by USPS. For delays or delivery issues, please contact your local USPS office directly.

What If My Package Is Lost or Marked Delivered But Not Received?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please wait up to 4 business days—carriers may scan packages prematurely. Still no package? Contact our support team for assistance.

If your package hasn’t arrived 7+ business days past the expected delivery, we recommend filing a missing mail claim at USPS Missing Mail.

VibeWell Hemp is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect address submissions, or lost/stolen packages.


Order Processing & Tracking Questions

Why Is My Order Still Processing?

Most orders process within 1–3 business days. If your order is still processing beyond that, it may be due to high order volume or backordered items. Rest assured we’re working to get it out as fast as possible.

I Didn’t Get My Tracking Email—Where Is It?

Once shipped, tracking is emailed automatically. If you don’t see it:

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder

  • Search for subject lines like:

    • “Your VibeWell Order Has Shipped”

    • “Update to Your VibeWell Order”

  • Mark support@vibewellhemp.com as a safe sender to avoid missing future updates.


Order Issues & Modifications

Can I Change My Shipping Info After Checkout?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot change your name, address, or contact information. Double-check your information before submitting your order.

If your shipping and billing address differ, be sure to enter both correctly and check the box during checkout. Orders submitted with incorrect info will ship to the billing address by default—we are not liable for misrouted packages.

My Order Arrived Incorrect or Damaged—What Do I Do?
